Are you a creative and dedicated English Teacher looking to work within a PRU, specialising in working with pupils who have been excluded from mainstream education with an EHCP with SEMH. Many pupils are working towards GCSE and are expected to gain some great results so an experienced English teacher is essential.

** English Teacher - October 2020 (or sooner) on a fixed term to permanent contract.
** Experience with delivering English at GCSE level is essential.
** Adaptability is required as you will be dealing with small classes of challenging pupils
** Experience working with SEMH or PRU pupils is desired.


The role -
** Class sizes 3-5, across Key stages 3 and 4
** The school covers functional skills L1 and 2 as well as 4 streamed GCSE English.
** Responsible for creating and maintaining literacy across the school
** Managing 3 staff including support

Working alongside a specialist team of 20 staff you'll have full access to the school's facilities from day one and be supported fully with ongoing training and CPD.
