Located in the greenest borough of London, this welcoming mixed Academy secondary school is an eight-minute walk from an overground station that can take you directly into Central London! In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Maths on providing outstanding practice and leading the Key Stages in achieving exceptional results. The school has been on a recent journey to improvement where there has been a large focus on providing all students with a suitable level of challenge. Facilities at the school include large spacious classrooms, an Apple Mac computer suite and a newly renovated sixth form building. This role will suit a Maths teacher who can confidently observe and performance manage other teachers across the school to promote best practice. About the Role - Lead Practitioner Maths Teacher - Bexley, Outer London

QTS achieved in Secondary Maths
Ability to differentiate and challenge all pupils, including high attaining
Desire to develop other members of staff to achieve an outstanding level of practice
Ability to uphold "Outstanding" behaviour management
Understanding of GCSE and A-Level teaching
Excellent subject knowledge within Maths teaching
