About the Role - Lead Practitioner Science Teacher - Bexley, South East London

QTS achieved in Secondary Science Teaching.
For this role you must be an experienced Science teacher with outstanding subject knowledge.
Understanding of GCSE and A-Level teaching
The ability to teach all Sciences across KS3 and KS4.
The suitable Lead Practitioner in Science will have a desire to develop other teachers into "outstanding" practitioners through effective observation, book scrutiny and performance management.
A passion to developing relationships in the community and communication with parents will be a huge asset.
This role is open to Science teachers who are looking to take up further responsibility.
This role requires a Science teacher who is confident with using assessment data to challenge both SEN and higher attainment level students across the school.
