Tradewind Recruitment is working with a progressive, successful Secondary School in Barnet who are looking for an experience, confident Learning Mentor to join their inclusion team! This is a full time position that will commence ASAP and run for the full academic year.

***Must have prior experience in a similar position
***A passionate team lead by an experience, nurturing SENCO

The School - Learning Mentor - Barnet, North London:

The Role - Learning Mentor - Barnet, North London:
*As a Learning Mentor, you will work with senior staff providing pastoral support for pupils in KS5, and in the Individual Learning Room.
*You will work with pupils who have behavioural difficulties, help to improve attendance, liaise closely with parents/carers and generally help to raise pupil motivation and success at the school.
*This post will include occasional cover supervision and administrative duties
*The successful candidate will have a passion to inspire and maintain high quality of teaching and learning and have a flexible approach to their job role
*You will have similar previous experience and a proven track record of helping students to reach their full potential and overcome barriers to their learning
