Tradewind Recruitment are working with an inclusive, progressive and innovative mainstream Secondary School in the London Borough of Hillingdon who are seeking and experienced, motivated and engaging Learning Mentor to join their inclusion team. This is a full-time post that will be offered on a long-term basis, commencing in September and running until the end of the Autumn Term in the first instance, with the view of becoming a permanent post for the right candidate.

About the role -Learning Mentor - Hillingdon:

· As a Learning Mentor, you will be working with key students across KS3, 4 & 5, who are facing academic, social, emotional or behavioural difficulties or who have individual learning needs

· You ill be working as part of the inclusion team to address issues that your key students are facing, working to establish plans and goals for students to learn and improve, and to have the best Secondary School experience they can

About the candidate -Learning Mentor - Hillingdon:

· To be successful in this Learning Mentor position in Hillingdon, you will be an experienced education practitioner with similar experience in a previous role supporting Secondary Students in an academic or pastoral sense

· You will be confident, engaging and be able to build relationships with the most vulnerable of students. You will be a hard worker and team player who is capable of breaking down barriers and establishing plans and goals to help your students to succeed in their Secondary School education

Serviced by the London Underground, National Rail services and local buses, this School is easily accessible from all areas of North and Central London. Free street parking is also available for those who drive.
