This exciting opportunity of a Learning Mentor is best suited for a maths specialist who is looking to make a difference to a young person's life. Working as a Learning Mentor within an education establishment is a great way to enhance your experience and helps you to understand different abilities and work with different experienced teachers! A motivated, enthusiastic and supportive candidate would be an excellent addition to the school!

As a Learning Mentor within the Maths department, you will be supporting low ability students across all ages groups within maths lessons. This exciting position is best suited to candidates who are familiar with upper primary and secondary maths curriculum and is able to enjoy delivering this to small intervention groups.

This role is available on a long-term supply starting in the new academic year September 2020 until the end of the academic year (July 2021) for the right candidate. Interested applicants must be able to communicate well with students and have a great knowledge in Maths.

As the successful applicant you will have experienced teachers and support staff who will be able to help and guide you. You would be working closely with the Head of Maths and SENCo to monitor, evaluate and report on the implementation of pupil profiles,
