Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an energetic and passionate Learning Support Assistant, to join an SEN secondary school, to start ASAP. This is a full time, long term role, paying up to £75 a day.

To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role, you will need to:
* Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
* Have a CV with 10 years employment history included and any employment breaks must be explained
* Have the legal right to work in the UK

The School is an innovative Secondary SEN School, with students aged 11-18 years old. The school are passionate about providing their students with meaningful learning experiences which promote their individual development.

This school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant with the ability to provide support to students across all Key Stages and prior experience of working with children with SEN. They are looking for someone with the ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff, with a focus on ensuring high quality outcomes through responding individually to each child's point of learning and ensuring that this is met by providing creative support.

The role will include supporting students in KS3 and KS4 in the classroom, small groups and on a 1 to 1 basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working with children with PMLD, complex needs ASD, SLD and behavioural difficulties and will ensure that they are able to provide support that is tailored to students' specific needs. You must have the ability to work collaboratively, as you will be working closely with the Class Teacher and SENCO, with various students, across all subject areas.

The school is based in Bolton, with parking available.
