The Inclusion team are looking for a proactive and hardworking practitioner to join their team to provide 1:1 SEN support for pupils. The successful candidate will be happy to work across all year groups. Your main responsibilities will be to provide social, emotional and academic support for pupils and help raise attainment. You will have access to indoor and outdoor learning resources and spaces. You must work in partnership with other members of staff, parents and carers.
