Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to support student learning.
• Assist in implementing individualised education plans and provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
• Support classroom activities, including group work and practical demonstrations.
• Provide guidance to students, helping them develop essential skills, confidence, and resilience.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by promoting good behaviour and conflict resolution.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to student records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for education and a desire to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with students, teachers, and staff.
• Energy, commitment, and a proactive attitude toward supporting student development.
