Salary: £9 - £11 per hour

Are you a great Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant who has experience supporting children with a range of SEND's or offering general classroom support? Are you someone from a Social Care background or even a new Graduate looking to secure experience in a Primary School or Secondary School in the area? Then we want to hear from you!

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a friendly, fun and enthusiastic individual to work 1:1 with a specific pupil moving to an specialist provision for January. Due to the pupils needs they will be starting there for 1 - 2 hours each day with the aim of being at the centre full time within half a term.

This is not a vacancy through the specialist unit but funded directly by a school, who the pupil is on roll with, in Essex so is exclusively, and only available, through us!

The successful individual will need to be able to support a child that may have challenging behaviour, specific learning difficulties or an EHCP. You will be required to work off your own initiative and be a reliable, punctual member of staff.

We are looking for:
The school we are working closely with are looking for someone who can support their pupils with a range of needs. Therefore, no matter how large or small your experience supporting in the classroom and with SEND we would like to hear from you!
We want Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants who can support children in a variety of lessons.
A committed professional, who has previous experience working with children. Experience with special needs would be advantageous but not essential.
A lively and caring individual who will support groups of children and act as a 1:1 support when needed.
