This school is looking to bring on a caring and dedicated LSA to support a Ks1 students with everyday work, and assist them with their progression for the remainder of the academic year.
You will need to be comfortable working 1:1, and in small groups, assisting the students, preparing lessons, and assessing their work.

The school has been rated 'Good' and is known for their supportive SLT and praised for their dedication and commitment to keeping the school a safe and welcoming place to be.


Role Specifics:

*October 2020-July 2021
*Working with KS1 students assisting them with everyday work and in the playground
*Experience as an LSA or 1:1 is essential
*SEN experience is desired
*Confidence working 1:1 with students and in small groups will allow the successful applicant to stand out and be successful
*You must be confident running interventions
*Commitment 5 days a week until July 2021
*Be personable, friendly, and able to build and maintain relationships with the students, staff and parents.

The successful applicant will be floating between Year 1 and Year 2 and working alongside students who are needing extra support in and outside of the classroom. The applicant will be expected to be caring, compassionate and have a patient and nurturing attitude.
