Location: Hammersmith and Fulham

Job type: Long-term, temporary

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4pm

Start date: ASAP

End date: July 2024

Pay: £80 to £90 per day

This "Outstanding" Ofsted rated school are seeking a talented Graduate to join their team as a Learning Support Assistant, developing the academic and social skills of a pupil with SEN in a Year 1 class.

The school are looking for someone with a genuine desire to progress in Education and a love of working with children!

About the role:

• Provide classroom support to a pupil in Year 1
• Work 1:1 with your key child
• The child is autistic and struggles with communication
• Provide general assistance to the Classroom Teacher
• Deliver creative and engaging intervention sessions to groups for low ability children
• Create an exciting learning environment

Requirements:

• Ideally a Graduate, but we will welcome those with Teaching Assistant experience
• Confident and willing to support pupils 1:1
• Keen to progress in Education
• Must be available immediately, Monday - Friday and on a long-term basis

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
