The role will last for the whole academic year and will be full time position. The working hours will be 8:30am-4:00pm.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have previous experience working in a primary school and have experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour. Your main responsibility will be to reengage the pupil and keep them focused during lessons. Positive rewards systems will need to be implemented in this role whilst still creating firm boundaries for the pupil. The pupil who requires support is friendly and enjoys attending school but is easily distracted during lessons.

The school is situated in quiet, leafy green grounds. They are lucky enough to have large and bright classrooms and a very large playing field for outdoor learning. The school's senior leadership team are extremely supportive and make the school a positive and welcoming environment to work in. Parking is available for all staff who wish to drive.
