Tradewind Recruitment are working with an established, inclusive and diverse College in Harrow who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and supportive Learning Support Assistant for their Secondary site. This position will be offered on a full time, long term basis and are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who can commence immediately.

As a Learning Support Assistant at the College, you will support young students in KS3 - KS5 who a who are having a difficult time accessing the curriculum and require additional assistance to reach their full potential. You will be working flexibly alongside the class teacher, and in conjunction with the SENCO, to support the students who may have a range of special educational needs or learning difficulties, especially social, emotional and mental health. Previous experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage, but not a requirement as support and training will be provided.
