The Headteacher is looking for a Year 3 Learning Support Assistant to work alongside the class teacher to raise attainment and ensure all pupils are achieving set targets. The successful candidate will be required to be provide intervention and booster support for any pupils in class who require additional support with learning. Previous experience supporting pupils with special educational needs is required for this role as you will be required to provide 1:1 support. The right candidate for this role will have excellent communication and organisational skills. The school are looking for someone who is motivated and reliable.
