Tradewind Recruitment is working with an oversubscribed mainstream Secondary School in the West London Borough of Hillingdon who are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is a full time, long term contract that will run until the end of the first term in the first instance.

The Role - Learning Support Assistant - Hillingdon, West London:
*This school is looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant confident in their ability to support the school's most vulnerable students to reach their social, emotional and academic goals
*You will be working with students with special educational needs or other barriers to their learning, individually and in small groups, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to reach their full potential
*Applicants will need to have:
oA good general level of education, a sense of humour and be flexible, adaptable and resourceful.
oGood interpersonal skills, capable of interacting well with students and other staff members.
oEmotionally robust, capable of dealing with the challenges that working with students aged 11 - 18 can bring.
