Tradewind is working with a supportive, inclusive, all through School in Hillingdon who are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their fast paced, passionate Inclusion Team ASAP or in January. This position will suit an LSA who has experience support a students with a range of SEN needs in a similar setting.

***Learning Support Assistant required for Mainstream Secondary School - Hillingdon, West London
***Fast paced, inclusive independent Secondary School in Hillingdon, West London
***Long Term Contract commencing ASAP / January - Remainder of academic year - £75 - £85 per day based on experience
***Open to all passionate LSAs with prior experience in Secondary settings

The Role - Learning Support Assistant - Hillingdon, West London:
*This full time, long term position will see you supporting the science department in KS3 and KS4. You will be supporting students with mild SEN and other barriers to their learning
*You will be a passionate educator who is committed to helping students to work towards their goals
*You will be adaptable, flexible and have a strong focus on literacy and numeracy
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are imperative skills for this role
*This school are also open to speaking with recent Graduates with some experience working with young people who are passionate about pursuing a long term career in education
