Tradewind is working with a Primary School in Kettering to appoint Learning Support Assistants to work with students with SEN across EYFS, KS1, and KS2!

Key Responsibilities - LSA - Kettering, Northamptonshire
- Provide support on a 1:1 basis and in a whole class setting with SEN students
- Work closely with teachers and other external professionals to promote an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address the specific needs of each student
- The students react well with calm and supportive individuals who are able help them understand the lessons
About you - Learning Support Assistant - Kettering, Northamptonshire
- Relevant qualifications or previous experience working in a classroom setting
- SEN experience is desirable
- Have a genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs, contributing to their academic and social growth
- Be able to work with students of differing disabilities and behavioural needs
- Be available to work Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.30pm
