Tradewind are seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work with an EYFS child in a Leicester City school.

This role will be working 1:1 with a EYFS pupil who exhibits symptoms of the autism spectrum and requires consistent support with her social and academic development. This is a full-time role starting in the new academic year.

For this role, we are seeking someone who:
*Has experience supporting children with SEND, OR:
*Has extensive background knowledge in ASD or speech and language issues- we welcome applications from Psychology graduates who have specialised in child development or similar
*Has a proactive, can-do attitude to work
*Is flexible and can respond to changing circumstances around the child's needs
*Is caring, patient and an excellent communicator

This role is to start in August, initially for the term with the view of continuing for the rest of the academic year.
