Learning Support Assistant - Northamptonshire - Immediate start - £90 to £100 per day depending on experience

Are you looking for a new role working with primary aged children in one of many schools we work with in Northamptonshire? and would like to work at a school that provides training and development to support you at every stage of your career?

Are you an understanding and dedicated Learning Support Assistant with a background in Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

Tradewind is collaborating with some excellent schools to hire Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2!

*** LSA's - Northamptonshire - £90 to £100 per day depending on experience

About the School - Learning Support Assistant - Northamptonshire

A number of primary schools in Northamptonshire who are looking to appoint several Learning Support Assistants who are supporting students on a one-to-one basis. These pupils respond best to calm and determined individuals who can help them succeed by supporting their way of study and then assisting them in understanding the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide adaptable support to students with special educational needs, on a 1:1 basis and in a whole class setting
  • Work closely with teachers and other external professionals to promote an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere.
  • Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) to address the specific needs of each student.

About you - Learning Support Assistant - Northamptonshire

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable
  • Have a genuine interest in supporting students with special educational needs and contribute to their academic and social development
  • Be able to work with students of differing abilities and ages
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.30pm
