As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you play a crucial role in transforming the educational journey for students with special educational needs (SEN). Your main duties involve tailoring personalised support, cultivating an inclusive learning environment, and creating an engaging classroom atmosphere to promote the success of each student.

***Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Primary School in Peterborough

***Starting Immediately

***£85 - £95 per day depending on experience

***Monday - Friday (8:30am to 3:30pm) term time only

***One to one support and small group work

Additionally, the caring senior leadership team prioritises your well-being when necessary.

***Qualifications and Skills***

  • Previous experience supporting students, especially those with special educational needs.
  • Essential interpersonal skills like empathy and patience for positive student relationships and necessary support.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and professionals, emphasising effective teamwork.
