Role Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with diverse learning needs. Collaborating with a team of educators and professionals, you will contribute to creating an environment that nurtures the unique abilities and potential of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer one-on-one and group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and specialised support strategies.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment to support student's social and academic growth.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to address specific student needs.
• Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the wider support team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant is advantageous.
• Relevant qualifications in special education or related fields are preferred.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to the well-being and development of students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to various learning styles and individual requirements.

• A CV covering 10 years of education or employment.
