Our SEN Department are looking for learning support assistant who would benefit for flexible working days. We are happy for you to tell us your availalbity each week and we will fit in around you.
The school educates children from early years up to key stage 5. All children have a range of complex needs. You will work within the classroom with a qualified teacher and teaching assistants.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and two professional references.
We are looking for:
- Excellent communication and behaviour management techniques
- Confidence in dealing with challenging behaviour
- Be able to confidently work as part of the team and independently
- Hold previous experience working with young people
