Learning Support Assistant

Solihull, West Midlands
Tradewind is currently supporting a special need school based in Solihull, who requires members of staff who have supported children in a variety of settings with ASC, SEMH, MLD and other special education needs.

***SEN Teaching Assistant - Solihull
***Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis with additional needs
***Open to all experience levels - must have a passion for SEN
***£70 to £80 per day - Post will be for the whole 2020/21 academic year - Starting ASAP

This SEND school was rated 'outstanding' by OFSTED in 2019 and is local to Hall Green and Shirley train station.

They would like to employ two new members of staff from January who meets the following criteria:

*Level 3 Qualified or completed SEN courses such as; Team Teach/Makaton/Pecs
*Experience supporting children with SEN (not necessarily within a School)
*Knowledge of Autism and Social, emotional, mental, health difficulties
*Available to start in January on a full-time basis (8.30am-3.45pm)
*Can commit for the full academic year and potentially longer
*DBS on the update service or willing to complete one asap
