Tradewind Hertfordshire are working with an inclusive and academic School looking for Learning Support Assistants to work alongside a number of key pupils joining the school in September. This is a full time post, 5 days a week working 8:30-4:00 daily.

The 7 form entry Secondary school have approachable, professional and committed staff, parents and carers and exemplary pupils who enjoy learning. The school have high quality facilities and excellent resources to support high standards of teaching and learning with the purpose of enabling all pupils to reach their full potential. The school is a safe and happy place to work with excellent behaviour across the year groups.

The Headteacher is looking for 3 reliable and hardworking learning support assistants (LSA's) to assist with raising attainment and providing booster/ catch up sessions for pupils who need additional assistance.
The ideal experience for this role will be:
-An experienced LSA, TA or teacher returning to the classroom and make an impact
-A recent Graduate (Ideally Psychology or Education) looking to build on experience for a career in education
-Overseas trained teachers looking to gain classroom experience in the UK
Due to the nature of the role you will need to possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills and be available on a full time basis from September 2020 until July 2021.

Located in St Albans with on-site parking the school can also be accessed with good public transport links to neighbouring towns and is a short walk from the City centre. The school can provide all staff with CPD.
