** Teaching Assistants and Learning Support assistants required for September posts on a fixed term contract leading to a permanent contract for Easter 2022. Various positions in English, Maths and SEN departments in this impressive St Albans based school.
** Pay rates of £75 - £85 p/day based on school and education experience.
** Open to all graduates with a 2:1 or above and strong A-Levels/GCSE's

Tradewind have been based in Hertfordshire for over 6 years and work nationally. We work alongside a range of Academies, schools and trusts across Hertfordshire North West London and Bedfordshire. As a Learning Support Assistant you'll be responsible for assisting small groups of pupils, working with individual pupils on a 1-2-1 basis and leading lesson's to create a positive learning environment. Ongoing CPD is available through Tradewind and our forward thinking schools who also offer either a salaried or non-salaried School Centred Initial Teacher Training programme. The experience gained at these schools will help support anyone considering teaching or a career in education going forward!
