Learning Support Assistant - Early Years - Lovely Primary School in St Ives - £85 to £95 per day depending on experience - Starting Immediately

Are you seeking a position where you can positively impact the educational journey of a student requiring one-on-one support?

As a 121 Learning Support Assistant, your dual role involves providing academic support. Working closely with an individual student, you will tailor your approach to meet their unique learning needs, ensuring a positive and inclusive educational experience.

***Learning Support Assistant - Primary School in St Ives, Cambridgeshire

***Starting Immediately

***£90 - £95 per day depending on experience

***Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)

***Working one to one within Pre School

Tradewind is currently collaborating with a primary school in St Ives, actively seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The role involves providing personalised academic support to an individual student, including working with early years children. The chosen candidate will collaborate with teachers and parents to foster an inclusive learning environment. Those with a passion for making a positive impact in primary education are encouraged to apply and become a valuable part of this school's dynamic team.

**Requirements**

  • Previous roles involved supporting students, especially those with special educational needs, in understanding their challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and patience, to build positive relationships with students and provide essential support.
  • Collaboration with teachers and special educators, emphasising teamwork.
  • Experience in working with early years children, contributing to a comprehensive skill set for supporting students across various age groups.
