***Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)

Tradewind is currently collaborating with a primary school in St Ives, actively seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The role involves providing personalised academic support to an individual student, including working with early years children. The chosen candidate will collaborate with teachers and parents to foster an inclusive learning environment. **Requirements**

• Previous roles involved supporting students, especially those with special educational needs, in understanding their challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and patience, to build positive relationships with students and provide essential support.

• Experience in working with early years children, contributing to a comprehensive skill set for supporting students across various age groups.
