Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced LSA to join a thriving Primary School in Cheadle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 support to a child in KS1 with significant needs
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher to deliver personalised learning plans
- Support a range of children within the school's dedicated SEND unit
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
You will be:
- A qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 3 desirable)
- Team Teach trained (or willing to undertake training)
- An experienced LSA with a passion for SEND education
- Highly motivated and patient with a positive and nurturing approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer:
- Competitive daily rate: £84 - £90
- Start date: After Easter Holidays
