Do you thrive supporting children with complex needs? Are you passionate about inclusive education?

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced LSA to join a thriving Primary School in Cheadle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 support to a child in KS1 with significant needs
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher to deliver personalised learning plans
  • Support a range of children within the school's dedicated SEND unit
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

You will be:

  • A qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 3 desirable)
  • Team Teach trained (or willing to undertake training)
  • An experienced LSA with a passion for SEND education
  • Highly motivated and patient with a positive and nurturing approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer:

  • Competitive daily rate: £84 - £90
  • Start date: After Easter Holidays
