The school will be looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who has worked within a reception class in the past. The school ideally will want someone who has experience with a variety of different SEN and is confident and comfortable working alongside a child with ASC and challenging behaviour.
The boy needs someone who is able to commit and support him throughout the academic year. He needs stability and continuity in order to improve.


Role Specifics:

*October 2020-July 2021
*Working one-to-one with a boy in Reception with ASC
*Someone with experience in SEN is essential
*Knowledge of EYFS and the British Curriculum
*Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm
*Planning interventions and 1:1 sessions
*The successful candidate will be patient and persistent

This is an opportunity for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work within a well-established school in Westminster and really grow with the class and the other staff members. You will be required to create intervention lessons, and work well in a 1:1 setting. The boy does need extra support in most aspects of the classroom so you will most likely be spending most of the day by his side.

This is a role for an EXPERIENCED Learning Support Assistant.
