As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you'll be at the heart of transforming the educational experience for students with special educational needs (SEN). Your role is all about providing dynamic one-on-one support, fostering inclusive learning, and creating an electric, inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.

***Long term with the opportunity of becoming permanent with the school
***£80 - £95 per day depending on level of experience
***Monday - Friday (8:30 - 3:30)

Tradewind is collaborating with a charming primary school in Wisbech, currently seeking an LSA to become a valued member of their exceptional SEN Team. Requirements for the Learning Support Assistant position:
- Relevant Experience: Candidates often need prior experience in student support roles, demonstrating an understanding of the needs and challenges of students, particularly those with special educational requirements.
- Empathetic Communication: Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with a particular focus on empathy and patience to build positive relationships with students and provide the necessary support.
- Collaborative Team Player: LSAs are expected to work closely with teachers, special educators, and other professionals. The ability to function effectively as part of a team is highly valued.
- Safeguarding and Background Checks: Due to the nature of the role, candidates may be required to pass background checks and meet safeguarding standards to ensure the safety and well-being of the students they assist.
