SANZA Teaching Agency is currently working on behalf of a two-form entry primary school based in Lambeth currently looking to recruit a highly-experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team.



Your role would be to work closely with a student in Year 1 who is diagnosed with Emotional Difficulties and has difficulty copying during routine and transitioning periods. This school is looking for a kind and nurturing Learning Support Assistant who is able prior skills and expertise to ensure this student meets all learning objectives and learn to use strategies to control outburst. This student has a slight speech impediment which has had a knock-on effect on his confidence and needs a companionate LSA to empower him. This role is to begin immediately for a full academic year with the possibility of this role becoming permeant for the right candidate.
