This role will involve working closely with students across Early Years, Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2), providing invaluable support to help them reach their full potential.

***£80 - £95 per day

***One to one and small group work

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students, offering guidance and encouragement.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement engaging learning activities.
• Foster an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere.
• Assist with classroom and behaviour management strategies.
• Prepare teaching materials and resources to enhance learning experiences.
• Uphold the school's values and policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Level 2 Childcare Qualification
• Previous experience working with Children with additional needs;
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to inspiring young minds;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Patience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic classroom environment.
• The ability to work harmoniously as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
