Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the diverse needs of our mixed Year 1/2 class. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
- Providing targeted support and interventions, particularly in phonics and core subjects, to pupils who may be struggling.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create inclusive learning experiences that meet the individual needs of all students.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Teaching Assistant qualification at Level 2 or above.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to support young learners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the classroom environment.
