Position: Level 2 Qualified Teaching Assistant

Location: south Liverpool

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers in delivering effective and engaging lessons.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of educational activities.
• Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Support children with special educational needs (SEN) as directed by the SENCO.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Contribute to the overall pastoral care and well-being of students.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting is essential.
• Knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
