Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a two-form entry Primary School in Oldham to start after October half term until the end of the academic year 2021. This is a full-time role with a salary of £65 per day.

To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role, you will need to:
* Hold a Level 3 Qualification
* Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks must be explained
* Have the legal right to work in the UK

About the school
We are recruiting for a Year 4 Teaching Assistant on behalf of a primary school in Oldham. This is a church school in a multi-faith context. The schools vision is to create "A caring, Christian community with a love of learning where children achieve their potential, are confident in themselves and their abilities and are set on a positive path for life"

The headteacher provides strong, clear leadership. She has high ambitions for the school and equally high expectations of all staff. Teamwork is strong across the school and everybody works together, is involved and accountable. Behaviour in the school is good, and students are respectful of each other and of the adults in the school.
About the role

This OFSTED 'Good' primary school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within their Year 4 class. The successful candidate must have excellent behaviour management and a good knowledge of the National Curriculum.

The role itself will involve working within one of the schools Year 4 classes, supporting children through-out lessons with their learning. The successful Teaching Assistant will be working with children that are working below the National Average, differentiating and breaking down work set by the class teacher to help to raise attainment with Maths and English.
