Teaching Assistant & Well-being Officer

Responsibilities:

Morning (TA2 Role):

• Provide invaluable support within the classroom setting.
• Assist in implementing educational plans and activities.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Afternoon (TA3 Well-being Officer/Mental Health Lead):

• Work outside the classroom, taking on a pivotal Well-being Officer/Mental Health Lead role.
• Support student's emotional well-being and mental health.
• Collaborate with school staff to implement strategies promoting a positive school culture.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is advantageous.
• Enthusiasm for supporting student's academic and emotional development.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.

Location: Ormskirk

Start Date: January

Contract: Ongoing
