Tradewind is seeking a dedicated and qualified Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School in Denton, Tameside. This is a fantastic opportunity to embark on a rewarding, long-term, full-time role in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Position Details:

  • Role: Teaching Assistant (Level 3 Qualification required)
  • Location: Primary School, Denton, Tameside
  • Stage: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Employment Type: Long-term, Full-time
  • Salary: £86 to £90 per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons and activities tailored to young learners.
  • Support the class teacher in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide individual and group support to students, helping them achieve their developmental milestones.
  • Monitor and record students' progress, and communicate effectively with teachers and parents.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience working in an EYFS setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them succeed.
