Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting on the behalf of a Head Teacher of a Primary School in Hull. We are seeking a patient practitioner who understands and has experience of supporting children throughout Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for promoting inclusion for all children within the school and provide general support to the class teacher. Additionally, you may be required to provide whole class cover in the instance of teacher absences.
The successful candidate should:
* Have experience supporting Primary aged children
* Have experience using different behaviour management techniques
* Hold Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Be open to attending any CPD opportunities that are offered
Pay varies and will be between £65- £80 a day depending on experience and a bus stop is located a 5-minute walk from the school. Additionally, free parking is available for all staff.

To join us and be successful in this Behaviour Teaching Assistant role you will need to:
* Experience working with SEN and children or young people
* Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour
* This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
