Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Special Needs School (Runcorn)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
• Provide one-to-one support to students with diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, communication difficulties, and challenging behaviour.
• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to meet the needs of SEND students.
• Foster a supportive and nurturing learning environment where every student feels valued and included.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with students with SEND is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
• A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of SEND students.
