Tradewind is working in partnership with a large Primary Academy School near Enfield who have an exciting opportunity for exceptional and inspirational teachers to join their KS1 or KS2 team and lead classes of enthusiastic, wonderful children.

The Academy is a large 3 form primary school where the learning and achievement of their pupils is at the heart of everything they do. They ensure that children learn skills, knowledge and develop understanding to prepare them for their future lives through a curriculum that is integrated, interesting, practical and fun.

As well as academic success, they believe that it is important to develop the "whole child" by also focusing on creativity, problem solving, reliability and resilience as well as physical development, wellbeing and mental health. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to be the best that they can be and we strive to provide different ways of working that encourage progress for all, whatever their starting points.

They have a large early year's centre where two and three-year olds can experience a range of activities and develop their early learning skills.

They are extremely proud of being an inclusive school with a Nurture Class and an Additionally Resourced Provision for pupils with Autism. They work hard to ensure that they meet the educational needs of all their pupils.

Above all, this Academy is a community with a rich diversity and cultural wealth where they look after and learn from each other. The School's Code of Conduct 'Be kind, safe and responsible and our core values 'respect, responsibility, integrity, compassion, courage and justice' run through everything they do.

Please submit your application for this wonderful opportunity ASAP as trials and interview are currently being arranged.
