Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor

Location: Harborne, Birmingham

Hours: 1.5 hours per day (Term-time only)

Salary: £13 - £16 per hour (Depending on experience)

About Us: We are a vibrant and welcoming primary school located in the heart of Harborne, Birmingham. Committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for our pupils, we are currently seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team.

Role Description: As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our pupils during lunch breaks. You will be responsible for overseeing the dining area, assisting pupils with their meals, promoting positive behaviour, and engaging in fun activities to encourage an enjoyable lunchtime experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pupils during lunch breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Promote good behaviour and a positive atmosphere among pupils.
• Assist pupils with their meals and any special dietary requirements.
• Organise and participate in structured outdoor and indoor activities.
• Communicate effectively with school staff, pupils, and parents when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and tidy lunchtime environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and a caring demeanour.
• Ability to engage and interact positively with children.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils.
