A Church of England school based in Angel has been in touch with us in relation to a vacancy their struggling to fill. They vacancy in question is to find a Male TA with SEN experience to work with a year 3 boy with learning difficulties. The boy is quite "switched on" but takes longer than other students to process certain information.

The School is amongst the highest achieving schools in Islington with consistently good results in terms of both progress and attainment. The perfect candidate will have the following skills & attributes
*Cache Level 3 or NVQ in Early Childcare - or equivalent
*Male TA - The reason why it is gender specific is because the school has recently tried numerous people with the student and have seen him respond positively with a male assistant.
*Experience with Global Delay
*Previous experience working in SEN
*Very well spoken

The role consists of the tasks
*8:30AM to 4:00 PM
*Working with the student in 121 sessions and within the classroom as a whole
*Applying the necessary EHCP attached to your student
*Be open to doing tasks that aren't necessarily connected with your role
*Rate is between £70 - £80 per day based on experience

The school is located very close to Angel station station, there are also various busses that drop you near the school.
