Tradewind is working in partnership with a Secondary School located in Southwark, South London looking to appoint a confident Mathematics NQT in September 2020! The School has a permanent post where they can support the successful Maths NQT through their Induction.

***Tradewind will assist the NQT through the interview process, including lesson planning and observation support

Located in the central borough of Southwark, this is an 'Outstanding' Secondary School that supports pupils from ages 11 to 19.
The school aims to enrich their students with a reputation for an outstanding pastoral care program.
The large Mathematics Faculty have achieved the highest proportion of A and A* at GCSE out of all the departments.
The successful Maths NQT will work with an experienced Head of Department willing to provide support and training throughout their Induction programme. You will have opportunities to shadow KS5 Mathematics classes.

*Enthusiastic and confident approach to teaching, willing to learn and develop as an educator
*Good Placement results and positive feedback from Placement mentors
*NQT Maths Teacher will be required to challenge themselves and their students, while upholding the standards of this 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated School.
*Tradewind will support the candidate with Interview preparation and lesson planning for observation
*Tradewind are holding an NQT Masterclass in February 2020, to provide additional support for NQTs looking to secure September 2020 positions.
