Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our client schools based on the Wirral who are seeking a Maths Teacher to commence a long-term role until June 2024, covering a pre-planned absence. This is a full-time position, due to start ASAP. Our client secondary school are seeking a Maths Teacher to teach across KS3 and KS4 and pay for this position, depending on experience, will be up to £211.96 per day.
The successful Maths Teacher will be joining a school whose vision is to transform lives through learning, which is at the heart of everything the school do. Teaching at both KS3 and KS4, the Maths department at our client school deliver the Edexcel GCSE course at KS4. At Key Stage 3 the department during curriculum time ensure that all students are fluent in a wide range of numerical skills. At Key Stage 4, personalised learning checklists are placed in exercise books for both parents and students to use.
To be considered for this Maths Teacher position on the Wirral the essentials are:
- QTS or equivalent
- Experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
- Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
- Full and complete career history
- Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
- Legal right to work in the UK
