Tradewind Recruitment have been asked by an 11 to 19 secondary school in North Essex to assist them in finding a qualified Maths Teacher to join their hard-working team of staff. The successful teacher will be expected to teach the KS3 and KS4 Maths curriculum with the school offering either a long-term supply agreement for the Spring and Summer term at least. Following a successful assignment, the position may be extended or become permanent.

This progressive school has consistently improved in recent years. Pupils respond promptly to instructions and work well together. There is a calm environment throughout the school with teachers modelling high expectations. Activities are always interesting and teachers use a variety of effective techniques to help students develop their understanding.

The successful Maths Teacher will be:
Familiar and confident with the planning and delivery of lessons in line with the National Curriculum
A committed and reliable teacher dedicated to the role
Consistently motivated to deliver engaging lessons
An excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
A positive and personable role model for their class
