This school is a heavily oversubscribed, larger than average single sex school in the borough of Croydon where many of students travel from further afield to attend the school because of its reputation. This school offers a World Class education, a status awarded to the school in 2016. It has also recently been awarded International School Status, complementing other awards of specialist Science, Maths and Music status and the Healthy Schools Award.
Student's achievement is outstanding in both their academic success and in their personal success and development. This is evidenced by way of 91% of students obtaining above 5 A*-C GCSE grades in Maths and English. Many students are also very talented musicians and sportspeople who achieve well nationally and internationally, adding to the long history of success within the school. The schools current Maths Teacher is planning to retire at Christmas, thus them needing a Maths Teacher to join an already high achieving department from January 2020.

This Maths Teacher role in Croydon would include;
*Teaching KS3, GCSE and A Level Students Maths
*Cultivate and inspire students to constantly improve their knowledge, understanding and depth about the English curriculum
*Working alongside a high achieving department delivering exceptional lessons
*Differentiating lessons to support all pupils in class
*Working at the school on a temp to perm basis with a daily rate of up to £200 (depending on experience) in the first instance

This Maths Teacher would be;
*A confident teacher that is driven by the potential and achievement of their students
*Experienced in teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential)
*Comfortable with working as an individual and as part of a team
