The school is a large - medium sized academy based just outside of Luton, behaviour is good and staff work collaboratively under the direction of the established Head and SLT team keeping turnover of staff low within the school that continues to improve and go from strength to strength over the last 3 years.
The focus of the school is based on high quality teaching to build positive student relationships as happy children learn best! Student numbers are over 1000 and are mixed evenly between boys and girls, SEN and EAL numbers are low for the area and pupils are polite and respectful of their school.

As a Maths Teacher you will be responsible for delivering classes across KS 3 & 4 including some smaller groups and high performing classes, you'll be responsible for the ongoing assessment and data management of all your classes and fit into a strong, dynamic and supportive team of 9. You'll report into a head of faculty and SLT. Interviews will consist of a lesson observation and short panel interview.

Parking and the schools excellent facilities are also available for hire at a heavily subsidised rate and the school is a short bus ride from the town centre if commuting on public transport.
