Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Maths Teacher, to join a fast paced and improving Alternative Provision in Preston, to start in February 2019 on a full-time basis. This long-term position has the potential to turn in to a permanent contract, and is paying up to £175 a day.

We are recruiting on behalf of an Alternative Provision which caters for students from 11 -16 years old. The Alternative Provision is looking for a Maths Teacher who can deliver Maths lessons across all Key Stages and has excellent behaviour management and excellent subject knowledge. You must be a committed teacher, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout the role.

You will be required to plan and deliver Maths lessons to students in KS3 and KS4, where the department has enjoyed improving GCSE results year on year. You will have strong curriculum knowledge and will ensure that the lessons are delivered to an excellent quality using innovative and engaging approaches, ensuring that the students are having fun whilst making progress!

The school is based in Preston with free off-road parking, additionally there is regular buses with a 5-minute walk to the school.
