Maths Teacher - Watford - full time post
** April 2021 Start - until July 2021 with Permanent contract thereafter
** Bushey, Hertfordshire - £140 to £180 per day based on experience

Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of an inclusive Hertfordshire Secondary academy. Offering a full time Maths teaching post. This role will suit experienced teachers, NQT's or instructors or Cover Supervisors (with teaching responsibilities and experience) to deliver Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4.
This diverse and welcoming Academy are committed to ensuring all pupils benefit from their right to an education. With a new SLT structure this modern academy are looking for engaging and pragmatic cover supervisors, teaching assistants and cover supervisors to work on a variety of roles including part time, short term and longer term to permanent assignments.
As a member of this inclusive Maths Department you will be responsible for:
** Delivering targeted and structured lesson's to various classes and groups of pupils
** Assess, track, and report on pupil attainment and personal development
** Support all students in various lessons and exam preparation
** Establish positive relationships with parents and carers
***Provide a caring and supportive learning environment.
We are looking for applicants who:
* Have experience as a Maths Teacher
* Be able to create a motivated, energetic and fun lesson's to reach a diverse pupil population !
* Have excellent communication skills, use of initiative and organisational skills
