Tradewind are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our client secondary schools in Wigan who are seeking to appoint a Maths Teacher to a long-term position due to start in September 2024. This position is expected to continue until Easter 2025 in the first instance, with the potential to continue until the end of the academic year, covering a maternity leave. Pay for this position is up to £211.96 per day, depending on experience.
Our client secondary school are seeking a Maths Teacher to teach across KS3 and KS4 and the successful candidate will be joining a department whose ambition is to mould young people into logical thinkers, able problem solvers and lifelong Mathematicians.
To be considered for this Maths Teacher position based in Wigan the essentials are:
- QTS or equivalent
- Experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
- Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
- Full and complete career history
- Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
- Legal right to work in the UK
